Wooshi is not on my TV
- Make sure the iPhone and the TV (or Apple TV) are on the same Wi-Fi.
- Open Control Center on the iPhone, tap Screen Mirroring and pick your TV.
- If the TV does not show up, restart it and try again.
Wooshi does not see my kid
- Stand the iPhone under the TV, with the screen facing the room.
- Step back until the whole body is in view, from head to feet.
- Turn on more light, and avoid a bright window behind the players.
Purchases
- Bought Wooshi on another iPhone? Open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore.
- To cancel, open Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Wooshi.
Playing safely
Clear a space in front of the TV, away from furniture and sharp edges. Play on a floor that is not slippery, and keep a grown-up nearby while kids play.
